iData J20 is an ultra-rugged wired/Bluetooth scanner that adopts iData’s latest scanning technology, surface light source illuminating technology, and multi-spectral technology to help workers in production lines scan 1D/2D barcodes on parts quickly; The durable outer appearance design enables the equipment to cope with any harsh environment, and to survive in along-term uninterrupted operation. It improves the traceability efficiency of production-line workers and levels up the digital management capabilities of enterprises.
Leveraging AI technology with local NPU computing power, combined with a next-generation quad-core decoding engine and upgraded iData decoding algorithms, this system is deeply optimized for DPM code capture. It effortlessly reads dot-marked, laser-etched, and chemically-etched codes, accurately handling complex scenarios such as blurry, damaged, and low-contrast codes.
Designed with higher-grade drop resistance, tumble resistance, dustproofing, and waterproofing compared to regular scanners, the device ensures uninterrupted operation even in extreme conditions, such as accidental drops, collisions, or water immersion.
Equipped with advanced surface lighting and multi-spectral illumination, it effectively and uniformly illuminates codes in varying light conditions, reducing glare interference from reflective materials and enhancing image quality. The next-gen quad-core decoding engine and iData algorithms effortlessly read challenging codes, such as dot-marked, laser-etched, chemically-etched, even when they are blurred, damaged, or low-contrast, improving on-site capture efficiency.
The scanner connect to the base using Bluetooth 5.0 with a transmission range of up to 70 meters. iData’s optimized Bluetooth optimization technology guarantees stable connections in signal-interference environments and rapid auto-reconnection after disconnection, ensuring reliability for long-distance operations.
